Mundaneness

Just walking in the rain
Eyes fluttered with water & grain
Fear to filthiness, cheer to craziness
Life is broad, I am the happiness.

Water washes the spots
Gods tinkle the blots
Ruining the bad dream
I could still join the dots

Moon pays the pence
Cloud shook the fence
Candle roared in defence

Read my lips,
another day on commence!

Karma Tonic: Chapter 40: Hiccup

A minute long hiccup

Was it scotch or buttercup?
A threat to scupper the night
Or a simple recall, lovely and bright.
Who recalls me?
A fiend, a pal, a lovely crush
A rialto in the past
The neighbor’s parrot,
Green and slush
Button up that minute
It was just a hiccup

Stopwatch

Waiting for the night
So that I could open the cupboard
Stack some sense into it
And breathe pure reality
Live the day with normalcy
But the ice kept melting.

Shadows dancing by the darkness
Shrieks accompanies solitude
I heard those to my hidings
I fought those to my courage
But the ice kept melting.

These hidings are getting bored of me
The sitting space turns smaller
Music louder, though in order
But the ice, won't stop melting.

Spirit slips out, glass whispers to give up
10 years gone out of the closet
Nothing really changes
But the ice kept melting.
“She waited for the train to pass. Then she said, "I sometimes think that people’s hearts are like deep wells. Nobody knows what’s at the bottom. All you can do is imagine by what comes floating to the surface every once in a while.” - Haruki Murakami
